Freedom is something many people enjoy having, but many do not notice the high price of this freedom. Many say, ‘I can have as many partners as I want’ or ‘I can go wherever I want and I can do whatever I want, nothing can stop me!’. Well, that's a blind move because freedom comes with a costly price. You see, when we accept the freedom the world offers, we fall into the trap of the enemy. This freedom will allow us to roam around the world without restrictions and so, we would have nothing to prevent us from doing bad choices society accepts as “ok”.

Now because one does these choices, one falls right into the trap of Satan. These choices will harm the one that does them and they’d be clueless it was their obedience to accept the freedom that triggered this chain of events. But rather than becoming obedient to the LORD, one will look at the surface of the problem and scrape the surface but fail to get rid of the whole problem. Looking at the root cause of the problem and acting on it would be the BEST decision; the root cause is DISOBEDIENCE to the LORD.

But because one would rather scrape the surface of the problem, one would continue to struggle and search for real answers, but answers they will not find. Accepting freedom will also lead one to find answers that are DESIGNED to corrupt ones sense of reality. These are seducing spirits the bible warned about. These answers are designed to fool one or “deceive” one, that they must do certain things to fix the problem when INFACT, it will only bring one into a stage lower than the one they are already in [e.g. dream catchers, horoscopes, DIVINATION] For further explanation, an example would be one worried of future events that are to come, and again, instead of looking at the root cause of the problem, one will resort to fortune tellers, THIS is demonic! When one has a false sense of reality, this will spoil ones mind, a spoiled mind will make corrupt choices and decisions that seem harmless to the one with the spoiled mind. The final phase or “effect”, is Satan keeping one STUCK in this false concept of reality the world enforces, the Matrix. This is a reprobate mind [Romans 1:28-31]. We now can see here accepting freedom is a MASSIVE trap. So what must one accept? RESTRICTIONS!

If a dog is without owner, the dog would be a stray dog and would encounter vicious dogs that want to do harm to him. But if a dog is led by his master, the dog will be guided and protected by his MASTER. Now let’s say the owner decides to take his dog on a walk, the dog spots a place that seems safe to go to. But the owner sees a pack of dogs in the distant or sees something else that would harm his dog, the owner would tug back on the leash to prevent the dog from going there. The dog would be confused and sad because he saw no harm in going there and saw it was a good spot to lay down or play in. The owner SEES things we cannot see.

But can there also be bad owners? Yes! If a dog was not on a leash and with his owner, the dog would go somewhere that would harm him. This is a bad owner who neglects his dog by allowing him to go where he cannot go. These bad owners are false God’s. The only and good owner is the LORD Jesus Christ. Put on the armor of God mentioned in Ephesians 6! Praise Jesus!
